Yagya Nath Ghimire

Ram Sharan Darnal (1937–2011) was a pioneering Nepali ethnomusicologist known for initiating the systematic study of Nepal’s ethnic music and traditional instruments. His landmark works — Sangeet Parikrama, Nepali Sangeet Sadhak, Nepali Sangeet‑Sanskriti, and Nepali Baja — remain foundational texts in Nepali music research. He played a key role in popularizing both indigenous and select Western instruments in Nepal. Darnal received major national honors, including the Jagadamba Shree Puraskar and Narayan Gopal Sangeet Puraskar.

Pramod Dhungana is a prolific Nepali lyricist active since 1993, credited for writing songs in more than 50 Nepali films across three decades. Suren Rai is a Nepali choreographer, Guinness World Record holder, and core member of The Wild Ripperz Crew, internationally recognized for representing Nepal in major dance platforms and serving as a judge on Super Dancer Nepal. He earned global acclaim in 2024 after performing the highest‑altitude dance choreography at 5,441 meters in Kala Patthar, Solukhumbu—an achievement officially certified by Guinness World Records.As a leading figure of The Wild Ripperz Crew, Rai has contributed to Nepal’s global dance presence through performances in Dance Plus 2, Dance Champions, and the Bollywood film Street Dancer 3D (2020).Known for his sharp musicality, hip‑hop foundation, and creative choreography, he continues to influence Nepal’s dance culture through stage shows, music videos, workshops, and his role as Judge of Super Dancer Nepal.

Ranjita Gurung is a Nepali actress and model active since 2002, known for her roles in films like Pratighat, Pari, Jangabaaz, Gorkha Paltan, Dasgaja, and Ho Yehi Maya Ho, and for her prominent presence in Lok Dohori and modern Nepali music videos. She is widely recognized for her expressive screen presence, elegant traditional looks, and consistent appearances in hit folk and modern songs. Her work spans cinema, music videos, stage performances, and social media, where she remains active and connected with audiences.
