By accessing and using ArtistNepal, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.
2. User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when creating your account and keep it updated. You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Artist Profiles
Artists may create professional profiles to showcase their work. All profile information must be accurate and truthful. You must not impersonate another artist or misrepresent your credentials. We reserve the right to verify artist identities and remove fraudulent profiles.
4. Content Guidelines
You agree not to upload or share content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, defamatory, or offensive; infringes on intellectual property rights; contains false or misleading information; violates the privacy of others; or contains malware or spam. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these guidelines.
5. Voting & Events
When participating in voting events, you agree to vote fairly and not attempt to manipulate results through bots, multiple accounts, or other fraudulent means. Event participation is subject to specific event rules communicated at the time of registration. Votes are final and cannot be reversed once cast.
6. Online Classes & Academy
Enrollment in online classes constitutes agreement to the specific course terms. Course content is for personal use only and may not be redistributed. Refund policies for paid courses are outlined at the time of purchase. Instructors retain intellectual property rights to their course materials.
7. Intellectual Property
You retain ownership of content you upload. By posting content, you grant ArtistNepal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and promote your content on our platform and associated marketing channels. You may revoke this license by deleting your content or account.
8. Payments & Transactions
All payments for events, tickets, and services are processed through secure third-party payment providers. Prices are displayed in the applicable currency. Refund policies vary by service type and are communicated before purchase. ArtistNepal is not responsible for payment processing errors by third-party providers.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, without prior notice. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately, though certain provisions of these terms survive termination.
10. Limitation of Liability
ArtistNepal is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
11. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Nepal. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the platform shall be resolved through the courts of Nepal.
12. Changes & Contact
