He also collaborated on songs like Chautariko Majhaima and worked with artists such as Chandra Kumar Moktan and Hira Devi Rai. His legacy lies in promoting Nepali folk music through Radio Nepal and live platforms for over four decades.

Prem Lopchan is a respected Nepali folk and Tamang Selo singer, composer, dancer, and cultural artist from Bhuvagaun, Chautara Sangachokgadhi‑3, Sindhupalchok. Active for more than four decades, he is known for preserving and promoting Tamang musical heritage through soulful vocals, traditional rhythms, and dynamic stage performances. Born into a musically gifted family, he developed his craft from an early age and later gained national recognition through cultural programs during his service in Nepal Police.
