Tilak Bam Malla, also known by his stage name Parivesh, is a Nepali folk-pop singer. He gained popularity in the late 90s with his second Lok Pop album, Parivesh Vol.2, which featured hit songs like Mutu Chune, Bhote Talcha, Haat Ma Rumal, and Chaite Dashain. He is considered a pioneer of the Lok Pop genre in Nepal. Malla has released numerous successful songs and albums, and his music continues to resonate with Nepali audiences. He also owns Parivesh Recording Studio, where he supports talented musicians who want to revolutionize the Nepali music industry. Beyond music, he has been involved in humanitarian efforts, especially during the devastating Nepal earthquake in 2015. Tsujil Karmacharya is a renowned name in the Nepali music industry. Born on 26 December, 1979, in a small village of Bhainse in Central Region of Nepal sharing his birthdays with some of the world famous musicians (Ulrich of Metallica and James Kottak of Scorpions), Tsujil is not only a singer but also a model, music composer and an engineer. He has various titles and professions added with his name and have gained popularity in short period of time because of his multi talented characteristic. He used to watch the cultural shows organized by Rapti Club, a local club, which really impressed him when he was a child. He was inspired by his uncle who used to perform with the club regularly and later, he started walking on the steps of his elder brother. He used to sing and record songs into a worn out tape-recorder, playing the flute and harmonica and pencil sketching, etc. became his hobbies and he took all opportunities he got of singing at his school’s cultural programs despite his shy nature. He picked up guitar for the first time at the age of 14. However, back then, guitars were not allowed in his hostel so in order to kill desperation, he tore a hard cover from an old notebook, shaped it into a guitar’s neck, drew lines to resemble fret boards in it and stapled it to give the feel of strings. This is how he learned his first few chords. Interesting, isn’t it?    

Saroj Sajan Shrestha (born on December 28, 1985 as Saroj Kumar Shrestha) is a new face in the Nepali music industry. ‘S3’ (Saroj Sajan Shrestha) which was released on December 25, 2015 is his first album. He is a versatile singer and he has sung songs with semi classical, lok fusion, soft rock flavors for the album. He can also compose and write songs. The album ‘S3’ marks the arrival of Shrestha in the industry. Composers Kalyan Singh and Ishwor Magiya are the composers of the album while the lyricists who have penned the songs for S3 are Ravi Malla, Binu Kchitiz and Prakash Kshanik. ‘Paapini’ and ‘Mayalu Ko Desh’ are his popular songs and it has been included in the album of five songs. Others songs of the album are ‘Timile Farkiyera’, ‘Mahasus Garer Hera’ and ‘Mann Antai’. It was launched by legendry singer Prem Dhoj Pradhan, composer Raju Singh and cover designer Anil Staphit among others. From Phalewas, Parbat, Shrestha was inspired by his late father Ram Prasad Shrestha who was a local musician. He later moved to Kathmandu in 2001 where he took music further. And he officially began his musical journey with the song ‘Mahasus Garer Hera’ recorded in 2013. Music is his life and he can’t imagine life without music. For Shrestha, music is the medium to bring about change in the society.  

Babina Bhattarai is a talented Nepali singer. Born on September 17, 1990, in Morang, Nepal, she has made significant contributions to the music scene with her captivating voice and engaging performances. Career Highlights Debut: Babina made her musical debut in 2014 with the song "Hasauchhau Timrai Marji." Popular Songs: Some of her notable songs include "Bala Panko Teej," "Tuna Muna," and "Majhi Banera Aayeu." The Voice of Nepal: She gained further recognition by participating in the Nepali reality show "The Voice of Nepal" in 2019. Hindi Songs: In addition to her Nepali songs, Babina has also released Hindi devotional songs like "Shree Hanuman Chalisa" and "Guru Meri Puja."
