Born in Dashrathchand Municipality, Baitadi, in the Sudurpaschim Province of Nepal, Pela has spent over two decades enriching the Nepali music scene with his artistry and mentorship. Classical Music Journey Studied Indian classical music at Prayag Sangeet Samiti, Allahabad, India. Trained under Guru Debashish Dev and Pandit Dhana Bahadur Gopali. Founded Shree Krishna Gurukul Sangeet Pathshala in Banasthali, Kathmandu. As a music instructor and founder, he has mentored numerous young talents who now contribute actively to Nepali music. Sunil Singh Thakuri's passion for music ignited during his school years, where he began by mimicking popular singers. Encouraged by friends and family who recognized his vocal talent, he transitioned from casual performances to a professional music career. His debut song, "Mutuma Timilai", marked the beginning of his journey as a recording artist. This track laid the foundation for his first solo album, "Crazy Hat", released in 2007. The album featured a mix of love and emotional songs, with "Bhuli Bhuli Deu" earning a nomination for Best New Artist at the 10th Annual Tuborg Image Awards. Building on this success, Sunil released his second album, "Crazy Hat 2 – Ghatana Ghatyo", in 2008. The title track, "Ghatana Ghatyo", became a significant hit, showcasing his versatility and deepening his presence in the Nepali music scene. The song's popularity was bolstered by its engaging music video, which resonated with audiences nationwide. In recent years, Sunil has continued to evolve as an artist, releasing several singles that reflect his growth and adaptability. Sudip Giri (born April 25, 1982, Chitwan) is a Nepali pop singer, songwriter, and composer known for his emotional modern‑pop style and widely loved hits such as Timi Aaja Bholi, Tutnu Thiyo Tutyo Mutu, Sannani Ko, Na Bijaune Phool, and Ma Ta Timrai Ho Ni. He began his musical journey in the early 2000s, first performing with the Chitwan‑based band Octave‑C before moving to Kathmandu for formal vocal and harmonium training.His debut album CANVASS (2000) became one of the successful pop albums of its time, followed by FRENZ (2005) and KATHA (2009). Born on 17th February in Sindhuli, Nepal, Megh Lama is a passionate and dedicated modern Nepali singer known for his soulful voice and emotional expression in contemporary Nepali music. Raised in a musically supportive family, with parents Dilli Meghan Ghalan and Selmo Maya Ghalan, he grew up alongside two elder brothers and one elder sister. Although mischievous in childhood, Megh always showed a deep love for music, humming and singing modern Nepali and Hindi songs informally throughout his youth. After completing his schooling at Shree Mahendra Janta Secondary School, he pursued further studies at Chatur Bhujeshwor Multiple College in Sukhepokhari, Sarlahi. It was after his SLC that he decided to turn his musical passion into a professional career. Driven by this dream, he moved to Kathmandu, initially working at a law firm while seeking musical opportunities. Megh Lama formally entered the Nepali music scene with the release of his debut album “Megh” in 2059 BS, marking the beginning of a promising musical journey. In 2063 BS, his second album “Love Station” was released, featuring the widely appreciated track “Naulo Bhasha Aanibani”, which garnered him significant popularity and recognition. His third project, “Maina,” further solidified his presence in the industry. The album was accompanied by two music videos and continued to reflect his growth as a singer and performer.
