Prem Pariyar (born in Dhading District, Nepal) is a Nepali playback singer who rose to national fame as a child artist through the blockbuster film franchise Nai Nabhannu La. His emotionally resonant child voice made him one of the most recognizable young singers in Nepali cinema, earning him the nickname “Kid with a great voice.”He began singing at a very young age while living in a hostel, where his talent was first noticed. His breakthrough came when he was selected to sing for Nai Nabhannu La 2 (2014), followed by multiple successful recordings in later sequels.Prem Pariyar’s songs such as “Yi Aankhama Timi Chheu,” “Marne Kasailai,” “Feri Feri Nai Nabhannu La,” “Maina Raja Maina Rani,” and “Kasham Hamile Khayekai Thiyeu (Male Version)” became major hits, widely played across Nepal and the diaspora. All of his singles from the franchise achieved strong public reception.Despite early success, he later faced challenges when his child voice began to change during the recording of Nai Nabhannu La 3, affecting his vocal continuity.In recognition of his contribution as a young playback singer, he received the Online Filmykhabar Award 2071 (Best Singer) for Nai Nabhannu La 2.

Narayan Gopal Gurucharya (नारायणगोपाल गुरुआचार्य) (October 4, 1939 – December 5, 1990), known professionally as Narayan Gopal and N. Gopal  was a prominent popular singer and composer of Nepali music. Regarded one of the most significant cultural icons in Nepal, he is referred as “Swar Samrat” (Nepali: स्वर सम्राट, meaning: Emperor of Voice) in Nepal. He is also known as “Tragedy King” owing to his numerous tragedy songs. He also sang in Nepalbhasa. Owing to his vocal range he was capable of singing songs of every Nepalese genre. Often, his songs were accompanied by the sitar, harmonium and flute. He was also a music director during the 1950s to the 70s and belongs to the first generation of professional Nepali singers. His songs have been showcased in several movies and dramas across the country. Narayan Gopal released 137 songs during his lifetime, his first songs were composed by his friend Prem Dhoj Pradhan and his teacher Manik Ratna. Gopal is one of the most celebrated and influential musicians of the 20th century and received many awards during his lifetime.

Nira Ranabhat is a singer from Pokhara who entered the Nepali music scene with her debut album “Sambhawana,” released on 19 December 2009 (2065 BS). She is also known for her work as a radio presenter at Radio Sagarmatha. Her popular ghazal “Kati Bolera Pachhutaunchhan, Ma Nabolera Pachhutāen” earned her wide recognition. Nira’s first recorded song, “Ragatle Dharti Nabhijesamma Umranna Paurakh,” marked the beginning of her musical journey, showcasing her expressive voice and emotional depth.

Prabesh Man Shakya (प्रवेश मान शाक्य) is a talented Nepali singer, composer, and music arranger known for his soulful voice and dedication to preserving and reinterpreting traditional melodies. He is the son of the legendary singer Panna Kaji Shakya, and has continued his father’s musical legacy by reviving classic songs with modern arrangements. Some of his notable works include: “Tiriri Murali Bajyo Banaima” – a reimagined version of his father’s iconic song “Ke Bho Ke Bho” – a contemporary original from his album Prashansa “Rajmati” – a heartfelt Newa song that showcases his cultural roots In 2025, he released Super Selection of Prabesh Man Shakya, Vol. 1, a remastered collection featuring collaborations with artists like Sukmit Gurung, Manila Sotang, Lasmit Rai, and Pabitra Subba.
