Veemsen Lama

Veemsen Lama (born 5 December, Chitwan) is a Nepali singer and director active since 2003. He began his career with the recorded remake of the classic Nepali film song “Timi Mero Ma Timro – Maya Chokho Chha Hamro”, originally sung by Asha Bhosle and Indrajit Mijar from the movie Koseli. His remake version was produced with a modern action‑style music video directed by Simos Sunuwar, marking his first major appearance as a singer.Alongside music, Veemsen expanded into filmmaking, directing projects such as @KathaputaliMovie and contributing to the British film KAMA, establishing himself as a creative storyteller working across Nepal and abroad. With an I.Sc. education and interests in adventure, singing, and sports, he continues to balance artistic work with professional life.
