Sunil Pokharel is a prominent figure in the Nepali theatre scene and the Artistic Director at Aarohan Gurukul Theatre. He is considered one of the pioneers of modern Nepali theatre and has directed more than 40 dramas, three serials, and five teleserials in his career. Aarohan Gurukul, founded by Sunil Pokharel in 2002, is Nepal’s first drama school and has played a significant role in promoting theatre arts in the country.
