In addition to her work behind the camera, Anita Basnet has showcased her comedic talent in several beloved Nepali comedy shows: Meri Bassai – Where she gained widespread recognition as “Masterni,” a character that resonated with audiences for her wit and charm. Hami Yastai Ho Bro – A web series that blends humor with social commentary. Harke Haldar and Halka Ramailo – Popular comedy shows where her performances added depth and laughter to everyday Nepali life. Ishwori Pradhan is a Nepali film artist, singer, and executive producer known for her roles in classic Nepali cinema and her contributions to playback singing during the 1989–2001 era. Active across acting, music, and production, she appeared in notable films such as Behuli (1989), Sampati (1991), Sworga (1994), Saraswati (1995), Sorah Barshe Jowan (2000), and Nepal Pyaro Chha (2001). As a playback singer, she contributed to Sworga (1994) and Soon Chandi (1996), and served as executive producer for Behuli (1989). Recognized for her versatile artistic presence and collaborations with leading Nepali actors and filmmakers, Ishwori Pradhan remains an important figure in the evolution of Nepali cinema’s 90s–2000s era.

Mausami Malla is a well-known Nepali actress who gained popularity in the late 1980s and early 1990s. She was born on February 11, 1969, in Chitwan, Nepal, and originally aspired to be a sportsperson before entering the film industry. Mausami was born into an army family and was a national-level athlete during her school years. She got married at the age of 15 and moved to Pokhara with her husband. Her acting career began after her marriage and the birth of her first child. She made her debut in the movie 'Kanchi', where she played the role of a child despite being a mother herself. After moving to Kathmandu, she continued her education but had to pause due to her second pregnancy. She later starred in several successful films, including 'Pachhis Basanta', 'Bhagya Rekha', 'Tilhari', and 'Bhumari'. After facing personal struggles, including domestic violence and divorce, Mausami left the film industry for 13 years and moved to Belgium, where she worked as a beautician. She later made a comeback as a film producer, with her son Vicky Malla starring in one of her productions, 'Samaya'.
