Shree Purush Dhakal

Born on 23rd Baisakh 2023 BS in Sanghutar Bajar, Ramechhap district, Uttam Bhaukajee emerged as a creative force in Nepali literature and music. The youngest among his siblings, he was raised by his parents, Badri Das Bhaukajee and Dil Kumari Bhaukajee, who instilled in him a strong foundation of values and learning. He completed his school education at Himganga Madhyamik Vidhyalaya, earning his SLC degree, and in 2040 BS, he moved to Kathmandu for higher education. There, he pursued and completed a Bachelor's Degree in Law from Nepal Law Campus, Tribhuvan University, though he chose not to enter the legal profession. Instead, he explored diverse fields and currently serves as the Founder Director of Nobel Academy—a testament to his leadership and dedication to education. Musical Breakthrough and Popular Songs Uttam Bhaukajee’s lyrical journey took off with Ram Krishna Dhakal’s music album Asraya, featuring his debut song: 🎵 "Mera Saara Khusiharu" – Composed by Sambhujeet Banskota This track marked the beginning of a meaningful collaboration between his poetic voice and Nepali music. Saru Bhakta (born 1955), pen name of Bhakta Raj Shrestha, is a celebrated Nepali novelist, playwright, poet, and songwriter, honored with the Madan Puraskar for his landmark novel Pagal Basti, widely regarded as a classic of Nepali literature. A leading figure in post‑1970s Nepali writing, he introduced psychological depth, postmodern narrative techniques, and experimental dramatic forms. He has also contributed significantly to Nepal’s cultural institutions, serving in the Nepal Academy and as Chancellor of the Nepal Music and Drama Academy, while founding multiple literary and theatre organizations in Pokhara.

Dinesh Adhikari (दिनेश अधिकारी) is a distinguished Nepali poet and lyricist, born on December 7, 1959, in Baneshwor, Kathmandu, Nepal. His literary journey began in 1976, and since then, he has made significant contributions to Nepali literature and music. Adhikari has authored 12 books and released 14 audio albums, showcasing his versatility and dedication to the arts. His poetry collection "Atirikta Abhilekh" earned him the prestigious Madan Puraskar in 1999 (2056 B.S.), highlighting his profound impact on Nepali literature. Additionally, his work "Indrajatra" received the Sajha Puraskar in 1994 (2051 B.S.). As a lyricist, Adhikari has penned around 500 songs, collaborating with renowned Nepali musicians.
