Anil Budha Magar is an award‑winning Nepali film director, writer, and independent filmmaker known for his powerful storytelling rooted in the socio‑cultural and political realities of Nepal’s remote regions. Born in Taksera, Eastern Rukum, he represents a new generation of filmmakers bringing authentic rural narratives to national and international audiences.Active since 2012, Magar began his career with the acclaimed short film Lomba (The Leadership), which won five awards and received nominations at seven international film festivals. His work is characterized by deep research, cultural sensitivity, and a commitment to telling stories of marginalized communities.

Ashok Sharma is a veteran figure in Nepali cinema, known for his versatile contributions as an actor, director, producer, and screenwriter. Active since the late 1980s, he became one of the most commercially successful filmmakers of the 1990s and 2000s, shaping mainstream Nepali entertainment with family‑drama and social‑comedy hits. Sharma directed and produced popular films such as Dui Thopa Aansu, Allare, Dal Bhaat Tarkari, Mitini, and Jai Bhole, earning a reputation for clean storytelling, strong ensemble casting, and audience‑friendly humor. His work continues to influence new‑generation filmmakers, making him a respected pillar of the Nepali film industry.  

Subrat Raj Acharya is a Nepali media personality and director. He was associated with Kantipur Weekly for a long time. He has directed many music videos. He has also acted in movies and music videos. The first film he directed was ADHKATTI. The second film is Sushree Sampatti.

Shivam Adhikari is a prominent Nepali screenwriter, director, and dialogue writer active in the film industry since the early 2000s. Credited across more than 60 films as story, screenplay, and dialogue writer—and at times as director, lyricist, and cast member—he has worked on titles such as Meri Aama (2004), Swabhiman (2010), Sanglo (2019), Kopila (2020), and the recent Pariwartan (2026). His writing has earned multiple major award nominations, including for Panchayat and Parai, establishing him as one of contemporary Nepali cinema’s key narrative architects.
