Sunil Maskey is a revered Nepali music director, flutist, and composer, born on March 24, 1967 in Gorkha, Nepal. He began playing the flute in grade 7 and is entirely self-taught. His musical journey took off in the 1980s, and he formally entered the industry around 1988. Maskey’s signature lies in his soulful flute melodies and emotionally resonant compositions. After a 13-year hiatus to pursue business, he made a powerful comeback in 2010 with the song “Sunibha”. Over the years, he has released multiple solo albums like “Shubh”, “Madhur Milan”, and “Shravani”, each showcasing his unique musical identity.

Paras Gazmer was a respected Nepali musician, composer, lyricist, and singer from Darjeeling, celebrated for his emotionally powerful songwriting and his unique ability to translate personal struggle into deeply moving music. Despite losing his eyesight at the age of one and a half due to measles, he rose to become one of the most influential musical voices of the Darjeeling hills.Born in Tindharey, Kurseong in 1962, Paras studied at the Kalimpong Blind School, where he learned guitar and developed his musical foundation. Entirely self‑taught, he composed, wrote, and arranged his own songs, drawing inspiration from lived experience, inner emotion, and the philosophy that “our sweetest songs are those that tell of saddest thought.”He gained widespread recognition with his acclaimed albums Sanjha Ko Gham (1993) and Mero Bhagya (1999), both of which left a lasting mark on Nepali music. His compositions often explored themes of longing, hardship, and the inner world of the differently‑abled, resonating deeply with audiences across Nepal, Darjeeling, Sikkim, and the Nepali diaspora.Paras Gazmer performed extensively across the hills and neighboring regions and was honored by various cultural organizations for his contributions. Suresh Gaire (born December 08, 1981, Telgha‑8, Palpa, Lumbini) is a respected Nepali music director and composer known for his mastery of the Ghazal genre, modern Nepali songs, and Nepali film music. Born to Ravilal Gaire and Laxmi Gaire in a typical agricultural middle‑class family, he is widely regarded as an educated and technically grounded composer with deep knowledge of musical genres. He began his musical journey in 2001 AD and has since contributed more than 300 songs and ghazals, over 15 solo albums, numerous collection albums, and more than 12 music albums as a music director. His melodic sensibility, emotional depth, and consistent output have made him a prominent figure in contemporary Nepali music. Alongside his musical career, Gaire serves the nation as a Deputy Superintendent of the Armed Police Force (Nepal), balancing artistic dedication with public service.
