Preeti Kaur is a celebrated Nepali-Punjabi pop and R&B singer born on April 26, 1981, in Kathmandu, Nepal, to Indian-origin Sikh parents. Known for her soulful voice and genre-blending style, she began her musical journey in the late 1990s and gained national recognition after winning the Shikhar Beat Contest as Best Vocalist in 2003. Her debut song Jhan Jhan Badhyo marked the beginning of a prolific career in both solo and collaborative projects. In 2012, she made her Bollywood debut with the song Promises from the film Unforgettable. She has since released several popular tracks, including Chimlera Aakha, Timrai Lagi, and Rahar. Beyond music, Preeti also participated in Startup Weekend Kathmandu (2014), where her team’s eco-innovation project won first prize. With a career spanning over two decades, she remains a dynamic voice in Nepal’s contemporary music scene.

Amrita Uprety is a gifted Nepali flautist and classical musician, known for her soulful performances and dedication to the bansuri (Indian bamboo flute). Originally from Nepal, she has been a residential disciple at Vrindaban Gurukul, the prestigious music school founded by Pt. Hariprasad Chaurasia, for over 15 years. Her training under the legendary maestro has shaped her into one of the most promising female flautists in the Indian classical tradition. Amrita has performed at major cultural events such as the RFPA Holi Festival 2022, and has received accolades including the Girnar Festival Award and the Female Flautist Award from the Sundari Wadan Festival. Her music blends technical precision with emotional depth, captivating audiences across India and Nepal. She continues to represent Nepali talent on international stages, inspiring young musicians—especially women—to pursue classical music with passion and discipline.

Bidhan Shrestha represents the younger generation of Nepali music. He is known for his unique vocal performance and song selection. Growing up in a musical family, Bidhan groomed himself under the mentorship of his father, Bijay Shrestha, a renowned musician and lyricist based in Sunsari. Ganesh Rasik is a well-known Nepali singer, musician, author, and social worker. He has made significant contributions to Nepali music and literature, particularly during the 'Ralfa' era, which played a crucial role in shaping modern Nepali music. Before joining 'Ralfa,' Rasik was more focused on writing, but his involvement in the movement made him inseparable from music. Later, he was also associated with 'Lekali,' another influential music group.
