Binod Dhakal

Dharmendra Sewan is a Nepali singer, songwriter, composer and performer. He released his debut single "Yo Andheri Raat" in 2002. He started his career a band called Damage Glitters. Later he had a solo career as a singer in venued in Lakeside, Pokhara. Sewan auditioned for season 1 of Nepali Tara by singing "Aba Chotharule Piroldaina Malai" from the movie 'Allare'. He ended up as a first runner-up in 2005 behind winner Deepak Limbu.

Purushottam Neupane is a celebrated Nepalese folk singer known for his contributions to the Lok Dohori genre. His music reflects the rich cultural heritage of Nepal, blending traditional melodies with heartfelt lyrics. Songs like "Hall Suneko" and "Jhil Jhil Sitara" showcase his talent and passion for folk music.

Anil Shahi, a music director and fusion guitarist, was born in Bhurungkhel, Kathmandu, Nepal. During his childhood days, Anil used to play percussions and flute in social gatherings and occasions. He started to play guitar at the age of 12 and took initial lessons from his uncle, and later went to Gurukul in Varanasi, India, where he learned classical ragas.

Santosh Bhakta Shrestha is a renowned Nepali esraj player, freelance musician, and respected music teacher celebrated for his mastery of this rare bowed string instrument. With decades of dedication to classical and devotional music, he has become a leading figure in preserving and promoting the esraj tradition in Nepal. His performances—such as the soulful rendition of “Jaha Chhan Buddhaka Aankha”—are marked by emotional depth and technical brilliance. Santosh Bhakta has collaborated with prominent artists and institutions, including SAC Music International and Dhrupad Gurukul Kathmandu, where he has performed ragas like JogKauns in intimate classical gatherings. His style is known for its fluid bowing, vocal-like phrasing, and meditative resonance, making him a sought-after performer and mentor. As a freelance teacher, he continues to inspire the next generation of musicians, ensuring that the esraj remains a living, breathing part of Nepal’s musical heritage.
