Personal Life & Legacy Shree Krishna Shrestha married Shweta Khadka in July 2014. Shortly after their wedding, he traveled to India, where his health deteriorated. He was diagnosed with pneumonia and bone cancer and passed away on August 10, 2014, at the age of 47. His funeral was attended by thousands of people, and he was given national honors by the Nepal Government.
