Bishnu Hari (Bipin Karki) is an overly religious, superstitious, 30-year-old man-child living in Kathmandu under the strict control of his mother, Parvati. His entire existence is dictated by rigid traditional rules passed down by his ancestors and enforced by his mother.Hari's orderly, repetitive life is completely upended by a trivial incident: a bird excretes on him. Driven by superstition, Hari becomes obsessed with determining whether this occurrence was a divine blessing or a curse. As a series of strange events unfold around him, his anxiety and paranoia spiral. The arrival of a mysterious girl and a series of bad-luck encounters push Hari to question his identity, faith, free will, and sanity.
