Born and raised in Singapore, Mala returned back to her Home Country, Nepal at the Age of 16 at 2007. Originally from Dharan, Mala started her professional modeling career right after completing her first debutant movie "GOODBYE KATHMANDU" by Nabin Subba at 2011. After couple of modeling assignments & music videos, she was offered another movie project, "ONEWAY" by Suraj Nalbo at 2013 Mala assisted the Netball Association of Nepal with the initial training of the Nepal Netball team and even participated at the 8th Asian Netball Games at Colombo Sri Lanka,as the Team Captain at 2012. One of her best and cherished moments in her life, representing Nepal. Its been 8 beautiful years since she has been living in her country and being born and raised in a foreign land, she never had any attachment or patriotism towards her country.
