Babin Rai is a Nepali television actor best known for his widely loved character ‘Galfane Baje’ from the hit comedy serial Sakkigoni, made popular by his catchphrase “Bijog Ramailo Chha.” A native of Solukhumbu, Rai grew up performing in local stage plays and later worked in theatre, building a strong foundation in acting and expressive comedy.Before entering mainstream TV, he performed in cultural programs, danced in Kathmandu around 2060/61 BS, and appeared as a chorus performer in several Nepali songs.
