Madhab Raj Kharel  (Madhab Kharel) is a prominent figure in the Nepali film industry. He began his career in 1998 with his first written and directed drama, "Jana Chetana," which became immensely popular in Nepal at that time. Following the success of "Jana Chetana," he produced and directed telefilms such as "Kasur" and "Kasto Yo Jiwan." Throughout his career, Kharel has directed several films that focus on human rights, love stories, research-based subjects, and women's rights. Some notable films in his directorial portfolio include "Hyebe Karait Bhor," "Birano Maya," "Dhunge Yug" (the first Nepali Silence movie ), "Dhunge Yug ... The Human Civilization," "Gadhimai 2066," "Durgamandu" & "Chitthi" In addition to his filmography, Kharel has directed around two dozen plus documentary films and over two dozen music videos to date. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through various awards and honors. Some of the accolades he has received include the Jury in Samjhana Digital Film Award (D-Cine Award) 2010, Sudaradevi Music Award in 2015 and 2018, Music Khabar Music Award in 2015, Model Songs Awards in 2018, Nepal Cultural International Film Festival in 2018 & 2021, Sagarmatha Music Award in 2018, Rastriya Sangeetkarmi Music Award in 2018, National Entertainment Award in 2021, and the Nepal-Africa Film Festival in 2021 & 2022. Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Nirmal Kumar Lama is a dynamic Nepali dancer, choreographer, and music video director, best known as the charismatic leader of the Bhimphedi Guys—a popular creative group blending humor, dance, and cultural storytelling. Originally from Bhimphedi, Makwanpur, Nirmal has become a beloved figure in Nepal’s entertainment scene through his energetic performances and grassroots approach to content creation. As a choreographer and director, he has worked on numerous music videos, including the well-received “Manko Kura” featuring Anju Panta and Nishan Bhattarai. His direction often highlights traditional aesthetics with a modern twist, making his work both relatable and visually engaging. Through the Bhimphedi Guys platform, Nirmal and his team have produced viral comedy skits, dance videos, and cultural content that celebrate rural Nepali life with humor and heart. Their series “What’s Up Bro” has garnered a strong following on YouTube, while their TikTok presence continues to grow with short, engaging clips that showcase their creativity and camaraderie.  

Nava Dhungel is a music video and TV commercial director originally from Okhaldhunga, Nepal. His directing career began with the music video "Chirera Dekhauna Sakdina" by Sudhir Deuja. Since then, he has directed over 80 music videos and more than 30 TV commercials, establishing himself as a key figure in the industry. Beyond directing, Nava Dhungel has contributed to television production, serving as Senior Program Producer at News 24 and e24 Television for three years. His storytelling expertise extends to reality television, where he worked as the story director of Nepal Idol. He is also the founder and director of Artist Nepal, a platform supporting artists and media professionals. He leads ArtistNepal Media Network, ArtistNepal Studios, and ArtistNepal Academy, which operate under the Artist Nepal Network in Nepal &  New York.

Nikesh Khadka is a prominent Nepali film director, music video director, and television producer known for shaping the modern visual style of Nepali entertainment. Active for more than a decade, he has directed hundreds of music videos, multiple television shows, and several commercial visual projects, earning a reputation for polished cinematography, strong storytelling, and high‑production aesthetics.He is widely recognized for his work with leading Nepali singers and actors, consistently delivering visually striking projects that blend cinematic framing with contemporary editing. As a TV producer, he has contributed to developing youth‑focused and entertainment‑driven programs, helping elevate broadcast production quality in Nepal.
