Raj Ballav Koirala is a Nepali actor known for his versatile performances in the Nepali film industry. He began his career as a radio jockey at Pokhara F.M 95.8 before transitioning to modeling and acting. Raj gained significant attention for his performance in the music video for the song “Bheteyara Chuttnu” by Karna Das. His major breakthrough came with the lead role in the movie “Parkhi Basen”, which celebrated its 100th day of release in cinema halls on August 8, 2008.
With over 20 films to his credit, Raj Ballav Koirala has delivered applauded performances in movies like “Apabad”, “Masaan”, and “Pal”. He has received several awards, including the Best Debut Actor (Male) at the KTV Film Awards in 2008 and the Best Actor in a Negative Role at the Digital Cinema Awards and Box Office Awards in 2010.
