Durga Lal Shrestha is a celebrated Nepali lyricist and poet known for his powerful, socially conscious writing and his deep contribution to modern Nepali literature and music. Active since the 1960s, he has written some of Nepal’s most memorable and emotionally resonant lyrics, blending poetic sensitivity with themes of identity, struggle, love, and social justice. His works—often rooted in the lived experiences of ordinary people—have been performed by leading singers across generations, making him one of the most influential literary voices in Nepali songwriting. Shrestha’s poetry is recognized for its clarity, cultural depth, and humanistic spirit, securing his place as a respected figure in Nepal’s literary and musical heritage.

Raman Ghimire is a renowned Nepali lyricist, poet, and literary figure. He has made significant contributions to Nepali literature. Some of his major works include songs such as "Aadhi Bato Hinde Pachhi Timisanga Bhet Bhayo", "Euta Bato Sadhai Bhetghat Bhairahta", and "Kahile Timro Pachauri Ma Aljhe" . He has established his place in Nepali literature, and his creations have influenced many readers.

Madhab Raj Kharel  (Madhab Kharel) is a prominent figure in the Nepali film industry. He began his career in 1998 with his first written and directed drama, "Jana Chetana," which became immensely popular in Nepal at that time. Following the success of "Jana Chetana," he produced and directed telefilms such as "Kasur" and "Kasto Yo Jiwan." Throughout his career, Kharel has directed several films that focus on human rights, love stories, research-based subjects, and women's rights. Some notable films in his directorial portfolio include "Hyebe Karait Bhor," "Birano Maya," "Dhunge Yug" (the first Nepali Silence movie ), "Dhunge Yug ... The Human Civilization," "Gadhimai 2066," "Durgamandu" & "Chitthi" In addition to his filmography, Kharel has directed around two dozen plus documentary films and over two dozen music videos to date. His contributions to the industry have been recognized through various awards and honors. Some of the accolades he has received include the Jury in Samjhana Digital Film Award (D-Cine Award) 2010, Sudaradevi Music Award in 2015 and 2018, Music Khabar Music Award in 2015, Model Songs Awards in 2018, Nepal Cultural International Film Festival in 2018 & 2021, Sagarmatha Music Award in 2018, Rastriya Sangeetkarmi Music Award in 2018, National Entertainment Award in 2021, and the Nepal-Africa Film Festival in 2021 & 2022. Kharel also holds a Guinness World Records, and he has been honored with the Best Director Awards and has also been decorated with the prestigious 'Prabal Janasewa Shree - Fourth' for his enormous contribution in Nepali cinema and arts. Madhab Raj Kharel's contributions have significantly impacted the Nepali film industry, and he continues to be an influential figure in the field. Ram Man Trishit, also known as Ram Man Shrestha, was a renowned Nepali lyricist celebrated for his contributions to modern Nepali music. Born around 1941, he was not only a gifted lyricist but also a medical doctor by profession. His lyrics were often brought to life by composers like Shiva Shankar and singers such as Tara Devi and Narayan Gopal. Some of his notable songs include: "Dilma Hajur Ayera" (sung by Tara Devi) "Mancheko Maya Yaha" (sung by Narayan Gopal and Gyanu Rana) "Yek Phool Jharera Ke Bho" (sung by Tara Devi) He passed away on May 31, 2011, leaving behind a legacy of timeless music.
