Roj Moktan is a celebrated Nepali singer and songwriter, born on July 3rd in Ramechhap, Nepal. He began his musical journey in 2048 BS (1991 AD) with the song "Boudhako Mane," which marked his entry into the Nepali music scene. Known for his energetic performances, Roj often captivates audiences with his guitar and Damphu, blending pop, folk, modern, and Tamang Selo genres. His unique style and heartfelt compositions have earned him a place among Nepal's top singers. The Uglyz is a Nepali pop rock band that originated in 1995 at Little Angels’ School in Lalitpur, Nepal. The band was formed by Sarun Tamrakar (vocalist) and Sudip Tamrakar (guitarist), both students at the school. Rakin Lal Shrestha joined as the drummer, completing the lineup. After pursuing college studies abroad, the band members reunited in Nepal and reformed in 2003. Their debut album, “Rush” (2005), resonated with Nepalese teenagers and adults. Some of the tracks from their albums include: “Aaudai Jaadai” (from “Rush”): A captivating song with a duration of 4 minutes and 15 seconds. “Maya” (from “Rush”): A soulful track lasting 3 minutes and 46 seconds. “Parkhai” (from “Rush”): A melodic piece spanning 4 minutes and 22 seconds. “Ajhai” (from “In Transit”): A song with a duration of 3 minutes and 53 seconds.

Robin is a singer and a professional voice artiste from Nepal. He sings contemporary Nepali songs. Some of his hits include Kun Mandirma Janchhou Yatri, Juni juni lai, Timi yesai lajayew, Harsha le mann and Afai lai bhaar bhayo, among others. He has seven music albums and several hundred singles. Robin currently lives in Horseheads, New York, USA.
