My Experiences

From childhood she is very curious for listening and singing songs, and for that her father fulfilled her desire a lot. She got huge support from their parents for singing. This is due to her father "Jibesh Rai" who is most popular name is music industry. He is very well known as music teacher and trained so many singers to enhance their singing skill. At the age of 11 she recorded her first song "Himal ko kakh" which was also featured on Radio Nepal. In 2065 B.S. Melina participated in "National Modern Song Competition" organized by Radio Nepal, in which she passed and selected for the winner. This achievement was her second big success of her life. For the presence and recognition she released her solo album "Bahar".
