Laboni Chakraborty is a talented Nepali classical singer originally from Kolkata, India. She has made a significant impact on Nepal’s contemporary classical music scene, captivating audiences with her soulful renditions. She is also a judge on the Mero Voice Universe talent show.  Early Life & Education Laboni Chakraborty grew up in a musical family, where her father and relatives were singers. She began learning music at the age of five under the guidance of Baishali Juardhar. Later, she trained under Ajoy Chakrabarty, a renowned Hindustani classical vocalist, for ten years. She pursued her academic degree in music at Rabindra Bharati University, where she was a gold medalist in her master’s program. Career & Contributions Despite her strong musical foundation in India, Laboni Chakraborty chose to work in Nepal, where she has become one of the most respected classical singers. She teaches music at Lalit Kala Campus, Tribhuvan University, and runs her own music school, Raagrup, where she mentors aspiring musicians. She has performed in various prestigious events, including the Yalamaya Classic, where her rendition of Vilambit and Madhya Khayal in Raag Todi received a standing ovation. Suman Shrestha is a Nepali singer, live performer, music video director, event director, and former Managing Director at Reeyaz Music Pvt. Ltd., active in the Nepali music industry for more than two decades. Known for his versatile creative roles, he has contributed to Nepal’s modern music scene through vocals, visual direction, artist development, and event production.Beginning his career in the early 2000s, Suman became widely recognized for his work at Reeyaz Music, where he served as Managing Director from 2005 onward, helping shape the label’s catalog, artist roster, and music video output during a key era of Nepali pop and modern music. As a music video director, he has crafted visually engaging projects for emerging and established artists, while his work as an event director includes concerts, album launches, and cultural programs in Nepal and abroad.As a singer and performer, Suman continues to appear on stage, collaborate with musicians, and contribute to the creative ecosystem through production, direction, and mentorship.

​Baba Rana (बाबा राणा) is a distinguished Nepali singer renowned for her melodious voice and significant contributions to Nepali music. Born in Palpa, Nepal, she moved to Pokhara at the age of one and was raised in a musically inclined family. Her father, Colonel Dhan Bikram Rana, and her uncles were instrumental in nurturing her musical talents. She began singing at the age of nine and recorded her first song, "Dam Dam Damphu Bajeko Talai Ma," in 1971 (BS 2028) for Radio Nepal. Throughout her career, Baba Rana has recorded over 2,000 songs across various genres, including folk, modern, devotional, opera, film, and ghazals. Her notable songs include:​ "Karodau Mutuharuko Eutai Dhukdhuki Nepal" "Saaiko Ghar Kaha Ho Kaha" "Birsijane Nisturi" "He Aama Janmayau Kina" "Chautarima Ma Base Holaki"​ In recognition of her contributions, she received the "Famous Class Singer" title from Radio Nepal in 2055 BS and has been honored with awards such as the Prabal Gorkha Dakshin Bahu IV and the Indra Rajya Laxmi Puraskar. Baba Rana's dedication to music continues as she resides in Pokhara with her family, engaging in musical pursuits and honoring the legacy of her late husband, singer Saroj Gopal Bajracharya. ​
