With a special talent for portraying the bad guy, Shishir landed the role of the drug-dealing DJ Ryan in the 2013 hit movie "Karkash." In the romantic comedy "Kabaddi" (2014), Shishir played Ambir Thakuri, swindler and overall criminal. In the sequel ("Kabaddi Kabaddi" 2015), Shishir resumed the role of Ambir, who had advanced in his criminal career and was now a corrupt politician. In the mega hit "Resham Filili" (2015), Shishir portrayed yet another villain, the memorable Dorjee Don.
