In addition to her recordings, Nisha actively engages in nurturing young talent. She served as the chief guest at the Inter School Nepali Ghazal Singing Competition organized by DAV School, where she performed and motivated aspiring singers.

Mandabi Tripathi, born on July 13, 1982, in Sundarbazar, Lamjung District, Nepal, is a renowned Nepali singer celebrated for her contributions to the country's music industry. She completed her School Leaving Certificate (SLC) in 1997 and pursued further studies in music, earning an Intermediate in Fine Arts (I.F.A) from Tribhuvan University in 2000.
