Miss Nepal 2019: The 25th edition of Miss Nepal 2019 took place at Laboratory H.S. premises in Kirtipur, Nepal, on May 9, 2019. Anushka Shrestha was crowned the new beauty queen by Miss World 2018, Shrinkhala Khatiwada. During the pageant, she also earned the titles of Miss Intellectual and Miss Fascino. Miss World 2019: Anushka represented Nepal in the prestigious Miss World 2019 held at ExCeL London in the United Kingdom on December 14, 2019. Her journey in the international competition was remarkable: She won the Beauty With a Purpose sub-title, emphasizing her commitment to social causes. Anushka also received the Multimedia Award and excelled in her Head-to-Head Challenge. Ultimately, she secured a place in the Top 12 of Miss World 2019

Prashant is today best known for his villainous character in the recently released movie, ‘Aishwarya’. He came into the limelight as a model and earned fame through the Nepali fashion industry. Tamrakar got an opportunity to be a part of an Indian Zee TV show, ‘Model Match’ where he won the title of Model of the week. His career as a fashion choreographer took off while training as a model with a Norwegian choreographer and in 1995, he participated in Man Hunt International in Singapore, becoming the first male model to ever represent Nepal in an international platform.
