It wasn’t until after her marriage in 2043 BS to Dinesh Karki that she fully embraced her musical aspirations, with her husband’s unwavering support. Musical Journey Sabina’s professional music career began after her marriage when she began actively participating in the Nepali music scene. Her big break came with her second album, “Sarbada”, which garnered significant attention and solidified her place in the industry. Known for her emotional delivery and versatile vocal style, Sabina’s music resonates with a wide audience. Sabina has contributed to various collection albums and Nepali film songs, continuously expanding her portfolio. Her music is appreciated for its authenticity, with a focus on both lyrical depth and melodic beauty. Roshan Gurung is a talented Nepali singer known for his heartfelt blend of folk and modern melodies. Dil Maya Khati was a beloved Nepali singer known as the “Melody Moon” of the Himalayas. Born in 1999 BS in Ghumpahad, Darjeeling, she began singing at age five and quickly captivated audiences across Nepal, Sikkim, and Bhutan. Her golden voice earned admiration from legends like Raj Kapoor and Narayan Gopal. In 2018 BS, she debuted on Radio Nepal and won a gold medal in a national music competition. Though she recorded only 12 songs between 2018 and 2030 BS, her impact was profound. After a long hiatus, she made a triumphant return in 2056 BS with the album Shikha. Honored with numerous awards, including the Devkota Samman and Bhupal Sangeet Puraskar, she was celebrated for her emotional depth and vocal purity. Her legacy continues to inspire generations of Nepali music lovers.

Pawan Golay, widely known by his stage name Gole, is a modern–folk vocalist from Darjeeling known for his melodious voice and emotional delivery. He began his musical journey performing in local community events and small stages, where his natural vocal sweetness quickly drew attention. Rooted in Darjeeling’s rich musical culture, he developed a style defined by simplicity, clarity, and heartfelt expression. His songs such as Yati Thulo, Manlai Samjhai Samjhai, Hawa Sanga, Mirmire Behana, and Chhadi Jane Mayaluko earned him recognition across Darjeeling and Nepal. Gole continues to represent Darjeeling’s musical identity in contemporary Nepali music.
