She rose to wide recognition through the popular comedy serial Meri Bassai, where her portrayal of the Terai‑origin character “Bhuniya” became highly appreciated by audiences. Alongside television, she has acted in nearly three dozen telefilms and several Nepali films, expanding her presence across visual media.Harisha also worked in Bhojpuri cinema as a leading actress, further showcasing her versatility across regional industries. In 2065 BS, she earned the title of Purwanchal Top in Bhojpuri dance, highlighting her strong foundation in performance and movement. After marrying in 2075 BS, she gradually stepped away from the entertainment field and is currently not active in acting or modeling.
