Dhurba KC was a prominent modern Nepali singer whose expressive voice helped shape some of the finest songs of the 2030s era. He reached the peak of national recognition with the evergreen hit “Mayalu Hajar Hunchan,” a song that firmly established him among Nepal’s beloved modern vocalists. He voiced several memorable songs including “Naraunu Naraunu Saili,” “Aru Kalo Relko Dhuwale,” and “Timro Maya Kagajko,” all of which remain timeless among Nepali music listeners. Born on Mangsir 3, 2002 BS to Yagyabahadur KC and Padmakumari KC, he was the eldest son in the family and the uncle of actor Bhuwan KC. Dhurba KC passed away on Magh 8, 2077 (Thursday) at 4:45 PM at Orchid Care Center, Bhaisepati, leaving behind a legacy of soulful modern songs that continue to resonate across generations.

Ganesh Parajuli

Ganesh Parajuli is a Nepali singer and composer with a career spanning over 25 years. He has recorded more than 100 songs for Radio Nepal, many of which are preserved in its library. His music covers a range of genres, including modern, classical, folk, and patriotic songs. His first recorded song, "Kehi Khusi Ka Din Pani", was produced in 1988 at Altra Sound Studio, which later became Music Nepal. Some of his most popular songs include "Timilai Apanau Bhanera", "Maya Phool Ho Maya Pat Ho", and "Suna Maya Jadai Chhu Ma Tadha". Ganesh Parajuli has performed internationally, traveling to over a dozen countries for musical tours. He has also received multiple awards, including Nai Kala Nidhi Sangeet Samman (2061 B.S.) and recognition from Ilam Municipality as the best singer of the year (2045 B.S.).
