Barsha Siwakoti

Gopal Bhutani (born Gopal Tamang, 1932 – November 23, 2010) was a pioneering Nepali art director, actor, and action choreographer who shaped the visual language of Nepali cinema. Born in Fikkal, Ilam, he began his film journey in Bollywood in the 1940s before returning to Nepal, where he introduced action direction to a melodrama-dominated industry. Despite his immense contributions, he struggled to obtain Nepali citizenship due to the “Bhutani” surname. Bhutani worked on over 70 films, including Balidaan, Aago, Shankar, Mamaghar, Shiris Ko Phool, and Jeevan Sangharsha. He passed away at age 78 from stomach cancer. His legacy remains foundational in Nepali film aesthetics and action choreography.

Swastima Khadka is a Nepalese film actress and a model. She is one of the most popular film actresses and music video models in Nepal. She featured in number of music videos before she debuted from youth college drama film Hostel Returns. The film was a hit at box office. She has since then featured in films like Love Love Love, industry hits Chakka Panja 2 and Chakka Panja 3 and Jai Bhole. The song 'Kutu Ma Kutu' from film Dui Rupaiyaan featuring Khadka and her husband and actor-director Nischal Basnet and film's other actor Asif Shah is the most viewed Nepali song in YouTube. Her first music video Baby Kuchi Kuchi, also known as, Honey Bunny part 2 which was designed by Nischal Basnet.

Sita Devi Timilsina is a Nepali actress best known for her long‑running role in the hit comedy serial Bhadragol, where her catchphrase “Yo kura kasailai nabhannu ni feri” became a nationwide sensation.
