Jaya Kisan Basnet is a Nepali film actor, director, and action choreographer, known for his long‑standing contribution to commercial Nepali cinema. Beginning his career in the late 1998s, he first entered the industry through action direction, later transitioning into acting and establishing himself as a strong screen presence in action‑drama and social‑themed films.Basnet is part of the influential Basnet filmmaking family, and over the years he has built a reputation for portraying intense, authoritative, and emotionally grounded characters. His performances often highlight themes of justice, social struggle, and rural Nepali life—making him a recognizable figure in mainstream Nepali films.As an action director, he has contributed to numerous feature films, helping shape the visual style of Nepali action cinema during the 2000s and 2010s. Jabeek KC is a talented singer, composer, and lyricist from Nepal. His song "Aakha Bhari Aanshu Kina" was one of his early releases.
